  1. This gift voucher can only be redeemed for tattoo services at Rising Phoenix Tattoo, Leighton Buzzard.
  2. Gift vouchers should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  3. This gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-returnable or transferable.
  4. Vouchers which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted.
  5. This gift voucher may be exchanged for tattoos of a equal of higher price than the face value on this voucher as no change will be given.
  6. The receiver of this voucher must be of 18 years of age, or older, when redeemed.
