For some lobe piercings, we use the Studex System 75. This is not a traditional piercing gun, but a single-use, sterile cartridge system.

Unlike spring-loaded guns, the Studex System 75 uses gentle, hand-applied pressure, allowing for a more controlled and precise piercing. Each cartridge is pre-sterilised and used only once, ensuring a high standard of hygiene.

We’ve used this system successfully for over 10 years, particularly for younger clients or those receiving their first lobe piercing, where a quick and minimally intimidating experience is often preferred.
